At the height of my career, my world began unraveling. My career (AKA my sense of identity) ended abruptly when my income was cut by 65% in an afternoon. My mother died of cancer. I began and ended a brief and tumultuous marriage. I lost my tribe, life was really hard, and I went down a dark path with alcohol. 

After I stopped drinking, so many of my problems went away, and my life changed in ways that were better than I ever imagined.  

Professionals, caregivers, divorcees, trauma survivors, I see you. I found freedom - let me show you how you can too. 

I will tell anyone who will listen, that life is better alcohol-free.

I worked on the business side of sports & entertainment for nearly 2 decades. I was a high achiever - constantly entertaining clients and hosting events with alcohol always in the mix.  I was single and successful and my lifestyle was to work hard, play hard.
